European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development 2009 to 2013.

The Leader approach is provided by the EAFRD support for rural development programs in Axis 4 Measure 411. "Competitiveness on local development strategies in the territory" and 413. "Diversification of rural economy and quality of life of local development strategies in the territory"

Ministry of Agriculture of Latvia for implementing such measures has granted Society "Stopinu Salaspils Partnership" by 352 384.27 Eur  funding from EAFRD, by announcing project tenders in two actions:

1. Service availability, accessibility and quality raising required infrastructure creation available technical and resource providing facilities to receipt services in less populated areas.
2.Public diversifying activities necessary infrastructure available from the local population and the material and technical equipment of public approbation and diversifying activities.
